Fetterman, Failed Liberal Policies Making Us Less Safe
Washington, D.C. – This morning, Dr. Oz’s campaign released a TV ad in Pennsylvania.
The ad says: Sanctuary cities, weak prosecutors, crime skyrocketing; Failed liberal policies are making us less safe. Yet, John Fetterman wants to release one-third of all prisoners and eliminate life sentences for murderers. Emptying our prisons means more hardened criminals on the streets. Fetterman says, “get as many folks out as we can.” Crazy, dangerous ideas are hurting our communities. We need a change.
As reported by the Washington Free Beacon, a group of 13 Pennsylvania sheriffs sent a letter urging Fetterman to clarify his positions on criminal justice reform, saying they “share concerns” about his soft-on-crime record.
Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Lizzie Litzow: “Like the ad says, failed liberal policies are making our communities nationwide and throughout Pennsylvania less safe. Pennsylvanians shouldn’t look any further than their own Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, who fully backs these radical, liberal policies. John Fetterman is simply too extreme for Pennsylvania.”
