Washington, D.C. – Why won’t coward John Fetterman show up? And we’re not just talking about him hiding from Pennsylvanians for the past three months.
According to the Washington Free Beacon, when Fetterman was mayor, he missed more than one-third of his city council’s meetings! Yes, the meetings the mayor is supposed to preside over…
Fetterman has faced similar complaints as lieutenant governor. State Sen. Tony Williams, the Democratic whip, told Politico that Fetterman often failed to show up to preside over Senate sessions, hampering his ability to forge ties with policymakers.
And now, Fetterman is shying away from Oz’s challenge to five debates so he can answer questions about why he supported banning fracking and releasing violent criminals back into Pennsylvania communities.
Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Lizzie Litzow: “When things get tough, John Fetterman runs away and hides. Whether that is skipping out on the work he was elected to do or hiding from the public and their questions. I guess it’s harder to be brave when you have to answer real questions instead of hiding behind your keyboard. The Keystone State deserves to know the real John Fetterman, and right now, the real John Fetterman looks like a coward.”
