Washington, D.C. – John Fetterman is rarely showing up on the campaign trail (blaming his health) and is not answering questions from Pennsylvanians or the press, like why he wanted to ban fracking, why he supports Joe Biden’s failed economic policies, and why he wants to release criminals back onto the streets, especially during these trying times of a recession, skyrocketing inflation and rising crime rates.
If he wanted to answer these questions, then he would agree to sit down for an interview or accept a debate invitation. But it’s been…
- 142 days since Fetterman’s last in-person interview (Softball, pre-taped zoom interviews with your wife sitting next to you don’t count).
- 32 days since Dr. Oz challenged Fetterman to 5 debates. Fetterman STILL won’t commit and has accepted ZERO debate invitations from the local PA TV stations. Just today, Dr. Oz accepted a 7th debate invitation.
Even The Washington Post is calling out Fetterman for his lack of transparency around his health and his avoidance of debating Dr. Oz. As the editorial board writes, “…we believe Mr. Fetterman should release his medical records for independent review. And he should debate Mr. Oz before voters start casting their ballots.” There are only 5 days until absentee ballot requests can begin to be processed and ballots go out to Pennsylvania voters on September 19th.
