Washington, D.C. – Border towns in Arizona have been suffering since the Biden-Kelly border crisis began. The crisis is so bad that the town of Gila Bend had to declare a state of emergency due to the influx of illegal immigrants.
Mark Kelly even said that the federal government isn’t doing enough to help Arizona. There’s only one problem: Mark Kelly is Arizona’s voice in the federal government. Arizonans have nobody to blame for the ongoing border crisis but Mark Kelly and his support for open border policies.
- Kelly voted twice to send taxpayer-funded stimulus checks to illegal immigrants.
- Kelly voted on three separate occasions to defund border security programs.
- Kelly voted against enforcing federal immigration laws.
- Kelly voted to fund sanctuary cities.
- After telling Arizonans that Title 42 should be kept in place, Kelly voted to end Title 42.
Statement from NRSC Chairman Rick Scott: “Mark Kelly has no plan to fix the border crisis he created. He’s been spewing empty rhetoric to Arizonans about securing the border but voting against border security when he’s in D.C. The bottom line is that Mark Kelly will never stand up to Biden’s amnesty and open borders agenda.”
