A new analysis from FiveThirtyEight found that as Jon Tester is gearing up for the race of his life, he’s doing everything he can to hide his record of rubber-stamping Joe Biden’s agenda in the Senate.
Despite representing a state Biden lost by 16 points in 2020, Jon Tester voted with Joe Biden 91% of the time last Congress. Now that he’s up for reelection, FiveThirtyEight found that Tester is trying to hide his liberal record by voting no on “less consequential” issues designed to “give vulnerable senators political cover.”
