In an article that ran in Politico today, “Retread” Ted Strickland was caught revealing the real reason he’s running for U.S. Senate:

That’s right. Ted Strickland isn’t running because he wants to provide Ohioans with a voice in Washington. He also isn’t running because he wants to provide a public service for his home state. Ted Strickland is running for Senate because he wants the money.

This isn’t the first time Retread Ted was caught going off script. Last month, he bragged about his many runs for Congress beginning in the 1970s. Ted also told Ohioans he landed his “Dream Job” as President of the anti-gun, anti-coal, pro-tax, pro-Obamacare liberal think tank making a whopping $250,000. He’s even openly talked about his ‘mixed and spotty’ record during an editorial meeting with the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
