Today Bob Casey joined Joe Biden for a sparsely attended rally in Philadelphia. Just before the event, Casey stood by silently as Biden refused to answer whether he’s capable of completing another term or if he plans to hand over power to Kamala Harris.
Casey’s decision to join Biden comes as a recent New York Times poll found Donald Trump leading Biden in Pennsylvania and Dave McCormick within just two points of Casey.
