RATINGS CHANGE: Cook Political Report moves MI-SEN to Toss Up

The Cook Political Report moved the Michigan Senate race from Lean Democrat to Toss Up.

The race change comes after Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance showcased his mental decline.

And just yesterday, Elissa Slotkin told donors that Joe Biden is losing to Donald Trump in all of her polling and the Senate race is a toss-up.
