After telling voters his race doesn’t matter and that it is more important to elect Kamala Harris, Jon Tester is backtracking, saying he won’t endorse a candidate for President in 2024.
Tester’s flip-flop comes as polls continue to show him trailing Navy SEAL Tim Sheehy.
