In Colorado, Denver’s 9NEWS details the bad news for Bennet:
About 190,000 Coloradans will lose access next year to health insurance plans which don’t comply with the Affordable Care Act, the Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI) decided.
Don’t forget that Michael Bennet supported the poorly named Affordable Care Act, also called Obamacare.
In speech on the Senate floor, he promised that Obamacare wouldn’t cancel people’s preferred plans:
We should begin with a basic principle: If you have coverage, and you like it, you can keep it. If you have your doctor, and you like him or her, you should be able to keep them as well. We will not take those choices away from you.
Well, it looks like President Obama and Michael Bennet have taken those choices away from thousands of Coloradans.
