The Democrats’ political power grab known as the Corrupt Politicians Act is deeply unpopular with voters – and it’s getting more unpopular by the day. In a new Monmouth poll released today, 80% of voters said they support requiring a photo I.D. to vote. Americans must show a photo I.D. to do everyday things like board an airplane and rent a car, but the Corrupt Politicians Act bans I.D. requirements for one of Americans’ most important civic duties: voting.

The Corrupt Politicians Act is nothing more than a desperate political power grab by Democrats who want to make elections less secure, take power away from voters, and give more power to Washington bureaucrats. The American people know that requiring a photo I.D. to vote is a common-sense way to ensure safe and secure elections. But Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats are still attempting to ram through their Corrupt Politicians Act to ban voter I.D. requirements.

Will Senate Democrats like Mark Kelly, Raphael Warnock, Catherine Cortez Masto, Michael Bennet, and Maggie Hassan side with the radical-Left and vote to outlaw common-sense measures to secure our elections? Or will they side with the strong majority of voters who support voter photo I.D. requirements?
