Washington, D.C. – Over the weekend, U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman stated that we “can’t ban fracking tomorrow.” Implied, of course, is that he wants to ban fracking eventually.

Bernie Bro John Fetterman has constantly flip-flopped on whether he wants to ban fracking altogether. It’s been hard to keep up with his rhetoric. What’s clear to anyone paying attention is that radical environmentalist John Fetterman absolutely wants to ban fracking – he’s supported Bernie Sanders’ agenda religiously – but he knows he can’t say it out loud in Pennsylvania.
Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Lizzie Litzow: “Fracking is an integral part of Pennsylvania’s economy. And, according to recent NRSC national polling, 62% of American voters, including 65% of independents, oppose a ban on fracking. Yet, John Fetterman is still caught between his hyper-liberal base and the vast majority of Pennsylvanians who support an industry that employs tens of thousands of blue-collar workers. Fetterman can only dance around the issue for so long.”
