Washington, D.C. – Tonight, Senate Democrats UNANIMOULSY voted against ending vaccine mandates for children in schools across the country. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) introduced an amendment that prohibits federal funding for schools and childcare centers that require children to be vaccinated.
Senate Democrats want to take medical decisions for America’s children away from parents. The Federal government has no business telling parents how to care for their children.
Ronald Reagan once said: “The nine most terrifying words in the English language are ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’”
Tonight, Senate Democrats sent a terrifying message to parents across the country: “I’m from the government and I know what’s best for your children.”
