Washington, D.C. – No one has gotten more comfortable with life as a U.S. Senator faster than Raphael Warnock. One of his new job perks is hob-nobbing with liberal millionaires and billionaires in wealthy towns across the northeast – the same elites that he wants to give tax breaks.
This weekend, Warnock was in the affluent New York City suburb of Mamaroneck to attend a fundraiser hosted by liberal radical Amy Siskind. Not only is Siskind a far-Left liberal but she also has a dark track record, including repeatedly comparing the Republican Party to the Taliban.
What’s even more shocking is that Warnock can’t plead ignorance regarding Siskind’s ignorant and inflammatory remarks, as Fox News reported on Rep. Val Demings (D-FL) doing the same thing in September.
All of this begs the question: Is money from friends of a person with so much hate in their heart for Republicans worth it?
Statement from NRSC Spokesman T.W. Arrighi: “In public, Raphael Warnock likes to pretend to be a uniter. When no one is watching, he collects checks with the wealthy friends of someone who compares Republicans to the Taliban. By implicitly endorsing those comments with his attendance, Warnock is effectively extending that characterization to millions upon millions of Georgians. We hope all voters remember that in November.”
