Washington, D.C. – The Congressional Anti-Semite Caucus is at it again, this time introducing a resolution calling on the federal government to describe Israel’s founding with the Palestinian term “Nakba,” meaning “catastrophe.”
The resolution was co-sponsored by the usual suspects like Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Talib, and of course, Cheri Beasley’s original congressional ally, Cori Bush.
According to PJ Media:
“The resolution calls on the United States to “commemorate the Nakba through official recognition and remembrance” while claiming that the word also refers to “an ongoing process of Israel’s expropriation of Palestinian land and its dispossession of the Palestinian people that continues to this day through the establishment and expansion of approximately 300 illegal settlements and outposts in the occupied Palestinian West Bank in which approximately 674,000 Israelis reside as of 2020.”
A day after Cheri Beasley secured the Democrat nomination to serve in the Senate, it is critical that she speaks out forcefully and states emphatically that she does not support this antisemitic resolution from Cori Bush.
