Washington, D.C. — The one thing we know about Tim Ryan is that he follows wherever the political winds are blowing. As a 20-year career politician, Tim Ryan’s been all over the map on almost every issue.
Today’s reminder is Ryan’s flip-flop on immigration, specifically voting rights for illegal immigrants.
On September 26, 2018, Ryan voted for a resolution to state congressional opposition to granting voting rights to illegal immigrants.
Then, six months later, on March 8, 2019, Ryan voted against a motion to recommit that would express the sense of Congress that illegal immigrants should not be allowed to vote in U.S. elections.
Two-Faced Tim can’t ever decide where he is on issues. It all depends on who he wants his next boss in Washington to be.
