Washington, D.C. – The Biden Department of Justice is suing the state of Arizona over their new law that would require proof of citizenship for some federal elections.

Although you must be a U.S. citizen to vote in federal elections – and almost no one believes that should change – there has been a curious long-running attempt by liberal courts and politicians to strike down state laws codifying this fact. They claim that long-registered voters would suddenly be thrown off the rolls by not being able to prove citizenship, but there is no evidence of such actions.

So why do this? Perhaps they do not want this law to remain and want elections to be influenced by non-citizens.

Meanwhile, Senator Mark Kelly is silent. His record on securing elections is suspect as well, having voted for the Washington power grab known as the “Corrupt Politicians Act.”

Does Mark Kelly believe that non-citizens should vote?
