February has been another successful month for hard-working Americans as paychecks rise and opportunities grow. With company after company announcing employee bonuses, it’s important to remember that every single Senate Democrat voted against tax relief. Democrats continue to spread their false claims about the GOP tax cuts even as a record number of small businesses are planning to grow their businesses again.
NRSC News went out to the field to see how liberals were feeling about wage raises and increased employee benefits. Take a look at the hypocrisy our team discovered.

The beginning of February marked Groundhog Day, where thousands gather in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to see whether or not winter will be cut short. Just like the groundhog, many Senate Democrats have to face the shadow of their long careers in political office.
February was also time for a beloved American tradition – the Super Bowl! While fans were gearing up to cheer on their favorite teams, these Senate Democrats were highlighted for their player statistics for Schumer’s team.

Next up, the Winter Olympics! Since it’s a time for earning medals, we handed out a few to some Senate Democrats who really deserved recognition for their allegiance to the party line. Don’t miss the full list of gold medals ranging from private plane racing to best DC insider.
File under: Bad Ideas: Looks like Democrats’ favorite person to bring along, Hillary Clinton, is gearing up to campaign for Senate Democrats in states that President Trump won handily. Democrats must be desperate to ever think bringing Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail is a good idea. But even without Hillary, Democrats can count on party boss Chuck Schumer to campaign for his loyal foot soldiers.
Just this month, Senate Democrats followed Schumer out to Hollywood to fundraise with the CEO of Disney. This West Coast fundraiser must have been a bit awkward since Disney is one of the over 400 companies announcing employee bonuses due to tax cuts that each of these Senate Democrats voted to stop.
Don’t miss out on the latest from our top states!
West Virginia
Sen. Manchin enjoys speaking about the opioid crisis, but has stayed mum on his close ties to Mylan, a top manufacturer of Fentanyl. Mylan has also come under investigation for price-gouging life-saving Epi-Pens.
We sent Manchin a friendly reminder that he has yet to answer for taking campaign money from Mylan – his daughter’s company.
Before @JoeManchinWV gave a speech at National Rural Health Association Policy Institute, we reminded him his top donor gouged life-saving epi-pen prices. #WVSen pic.twitter.com/rg6UB6Ug3W

#JoeVotedNo: Vice President Mike Pence joined President Trump in calling out Sen. Manchin for his voting record. Watch the ad highlighting VP Pence’s comments:
[youtube id=”KMExstVndJA”]
Rather than coming up with any good excuses for this voting record, he lashed out, saying “Washington sucks,” and attacking the Vice President. It’s only February, but Sen. Manchin is already losing friends on the Republican side of the aisle. Even CNN took an opportunity to point out why “Washington sucks” for Sen. Manchin. Elected office is particularly hard for Sen. Manchin when his state rejects his liberal Washington agenda including his reckless NO vote on tax reform.
Sen. Manchin took a wild turn by signing a pledge to not campaign against other sitting Senators, and encouraging other Senators to do the same. If his name wasn’t on the ballot this year and if he didn’t have baggage to hide, he wouldn’t have played this political game. It’s clear that he doesn’t want people to campaign against him – possibly because he has an ethics compliant filed against him due to his shady hotel deals.
Missouri
Sen. McCaskill typically has a lot to say but has remained silent on the fact that extreme liberal Keith Ellison came to Missouri after meeting with an Iranian dictator and anti-Semite leader.
Sen. McCaskill takes the gold in private plane racing and we know this little bit of gold will go great with her luxurious lifestyle.
Here’s a little gold to go with @Clairecmc luxurious lifestyle! This will go perfect with her fancy private plane! #MOSen #Olympics https://t.co/JHlcdJhoen pic.twitter.com/QXURC7VAXc

Indiana
Sen. Donnelly started the month by making his re-election bid official. While he’s launching his pathetic re-election campaign, his history of profiting off of outsourcing was highlighted to show his real hypocrisy. His campaign won’t get far as he searches for a way to explain to Hoosiers his NO vote on tax relief – all while major companies in Indiana announce bonuses and benefit increases for employees.
Sen. Donnelly likes to pretend that he supports President Trump, but Hoosiers deserve to know that Sen. Donnelly actually does no such thing. He even sent a campaign email attacking Vice President Mike Pence.
During the Super Bowl, we made sure to point out Sen. Donnelly’s many incomplete passes, seeing as he’s never passed a bill.
.@SenDonnelly is a reliable player if you're looking for an incomplete pass. #INSen #SBLII pic.twitter.com/hg1hhgXA09
— Senate Republicans (@NRSC) February 5, 2018
A top campaign surrogate for Sen. Donnelly met with an Iranian dictator and anti-Semite leader, but Sen. Donnelly stayed completely silent. Sen. Donnelly wasn’t afraid to support the dangerous Iran nuclear deal, so maybe he actually doesn’t mind the meeting?
Florida
Sen. Nelson is a proud player for the Schumer Sellouts, voting with Schumer 93% of the time!

Ohio
Career politician Sen. Brown might not understand what these tax reform bonuses mean for hard-working families but for average people it’s not “crumbs.” Maybe Sen. Brown doesn’t understand the importance of bonuses since he’s been an elitist politician almost his entire life.

Montana
Sen. Tester has made his run for political office official (again). While he has been skating by in Washington up until now, he’s going to be held accountable for voting against tax relief and voting twice to shut down the government in November!
.@JonTester’s re-election chances came crashing down when he voted twice to shutdown the government. #MTSen #Olympics pic.twitter.com/8CG6KxZjJM

Sen. Casey continues to play his partisan games and is turning more and more to the extreme left by the day.

North Dakota
Sen. Heitkamp started the month a bit awkwardly. Heitkamp brought a former UPS driver as her guest to the State of the Union, but UPS is one of the hundreds of companies announcing new company investments and increases to their pension plans due to the GOP tax reform plan. Like every other Senate Democrat, Sen. Heitkamp voted NO on tax reform.
Her bad month continued when she was caught sharing a celebratory high-five with her boss Chuck Schumer on the Senate floor after casting their extreme pro-abortion votes. It’s clear who Sen. Heitkamp takes her cues from just like this new radio ad highlights.

Sen. Heitkamp was the deciding vote for an Obama-era methane rule that is harming North Dakota’s energy industry. As the Trump administration is working to reverse those harmful regulations, will she right her wrong? We wouldn’t count on it.
Sen. Heitkamp enjoys talking about not letting outside money influence her votes, but in 2017, 94% of her campaign funds came from outside of North Dakota. Her voting record makes a little more sense now since she accepts most her money from New York and California.
Arizona
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi traveled to Arizona to promote her plan to repeal the new GOP tax relief plan. So does Rep. Sinema agree with her party boss and also want to repeal a bill that is putting Americans back to work?
.@KyrstenSinema scores 0’s across the board for supporting her own interest over Arizona’s. #AZSen #Olympics pic.twitter.com/kqIGuB9lov

Nevada
As Nevadans are set to see bigger paychecks due to tax relief, Rep. Rosen is vowing to work to repeal the new tax law. Looks like Rep. Rosen also has no plans of disputing Nancy Pelosi’s claims of employee bonuses as “crumbs.” It’s no surprise that Rep. Rosen is supporting Nancy Pelosi over Nevadans.
Rep. Rosen even earned a gold medal for being Nancy Pelosi’s Best Teammate!

Michigan
This month, Sen. Sanders traveled to Michigan to promote his plan to repeal the newly passed GOP tax relief plan. Since Sen. Stabenow still refuses to admit the success of the GOP tax plan, will she support Sen. Sanders’ extreme plan? Sen. Stabenow can’t pretend to work for Michiganders and also be Socialist Stabenow behind closed doors.
While Sen. Stabenow is busy making excuses about the success of tax reform, a major Michigan-based company announced employee bonuses and wage raises. As Michiganders are going to see an increase in their paychecks, Sen. Stabenow is going to be held accountable in November for voting against tax relief.
Michigan's own @turntospartan will issue bonuses, raise wages and invest in employee training due to tax reform. @Stabenow has a lot of explaining to do… #MISen https://t.co/Q4d4ILXCyD pic.twitter.com/w5znJ0oGC8

Minnesota
Minnesota-based Best Buy announced employee bonuses thanks to the GOP tax plan. This is no way thanks to Sen. Smith, who’s been welcomed with open arms into the Democratic circles of Washington.
Shortly after voting for the government shutdown, Sen. Smith was caught making false claims about a bill ending 5-month abortions, which she voted against. It’s no surprise where her priorities are, considering she was once a top Planned Parenthood lobbyist.
Take a good look at her statistics as a longtime DC insider spending years in Washington as a powerful lobbyist.

Wisconsin
Sen. Baldwin is ignoring the benefits of tax relief while cozying up to ultra-liberal Sen. Sanders and advocating for a repeal of the GOP tax cuts.
Sen. Baldwin knew of abuses at the Tomah VA but covered them up, leading to more veterans being harmed and forgotten. Watch the full ad below:

As the GOP tax plan continues to be a clear win for the American people, Phil Bredesen remains silent. He seems to be falling right in line with Senate Democrats.
Help us beat each and every one of these obstructionist Democrats!
