Washington, D.C. – The New Hampshire Senate contest has officially flipped, as a new St. Anselm poll shows General Don Bolduc pulling ahead of Senator Maggie Hassan 48 %- 47%.
Making matters worse for Hassan:
- Her favorability rating is now underwater by almost double digits with over half of Granite Staters viewing her unfavorably (45% favorable v. 54% unfavorable).
- 71% believe the country is headed in the wrong direction and 50% have a “strongly unfavorable” image of President Biden with only 43% in favor.
Maggie Hassan decided long ago to mail in this race. She will join a long list of politicians in New Hampshire who took Granite Staters for granted and left them behind.
Statement from NRSC Spokesman T.W. Arrighi: “The steady but unmistakable rise of General Don Bolduc in public polls illustrates exactly why he will be New Hampshire’s next U.S. Senator. He has outworked his opponent and spoken directly to voters’ concerns with compassion and honesty. Meanwhile, Maggie Hassan is content with hiding out and trying to win on the airwaves alone. She’s quickly learning she has horribly miscalculated.”
