Washington, D.C. – John Fetterman is rarely showing up on the campaign trail and is not being held accountable for why he’s not answering questions (from press and participating in debates).
It’s been…
- 136 days since Fetterman’s last in-person interview (Softball, pre-taped zoom interviews with your wife sitting next to you don’t count).
- 26 days since Dr. Oz challenged Fetterman to 5 debates. Fetterman turned down the first one and Friday would have been the WFMZ-TV & Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce debate in Allentown. Fetterman STILL won’t commit and has accepted zero debate invitations from the local PA TV stations. Today, Dr. Oz accepted a 6th debate invitation. This one from CBS21 in Harrisburg to debate on October 19th. Will Fetterman ever debate Dr. Oz?
There are questions Fetterman needs to answer like why he wanted to ban fracking, why he supports Joe Biden’s failed economic policies, and why he wants to release criminals back onto the streets, especially during these trying times of a recession, skyrocketing inflation and rising crime rates.
John Fetterman needs to stop lying and come clean to Pennsylvanians about his ability to serve in the Senate. As the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette says, “if Mr. Fetterman is not well enough to debate his opponent, that raises serious concerns about his ability to serve as a United States senator.”
Click here to watch Dr. Mehmet Oz and U.S. Senator Pat Toomey call on John Fetterman to debate Dr. Oz or stop lying about his health.
