Washington, D.C. – Val Demings talks a big game about fighting for Floridians, but when it comes time to act, she falls in line with her party leadership – every time. While she brands her latest campaign stunt as an “Affordability Tour” her record shows that she’s done nothing but make life UNaffordable for Florida families.
- Voted for the $3.5 TRILLION Build Back Better Act which would increase the deficit by $367 BILLION over 10 years and give a tax break to millionaires and billionaires in blue states.
- Voted for the American Rescue Plan that would increase the federal deficit by $1.84 TRILLION.
- Voted against the $1.5 trillion tax RELIEF plan during the previous administration.
