Washington, D.C. – Despite a federal court’s ruling in favor of border security to keep Title 42, President Joe Biden and the Democrats’ radical immigration policies are still doing nothing to actually handle the crisis at the Southern Border.
With Title 42 still intact, only 47% of migrants apprehended are being told to return home, and the Biden Administration continues to set record-breaking numbers of migrant crossings each month.
“The fact that a majority of migrants are allowed into the country even with Title 42 in place is attributable to a series of actions by the Biden administration to exempt certain groups, most notably children and families.
“The use of Title 42 has had a slow death by the administration because it has been so watered down from the initial inception,” said Dr. Victor Manjarrez Jr., associate director for the University of Texas Center for Law and Human Behavior in El Paso and a former senior Border Patrol agent.” – Washington Examiner
According to a report by Axios, as many as 50,000 migrants are sitting and waiting for their opportunity to cross the border. As soon as a glimmer of hope resurges as the Democrats continue to dismantle every effective immigration policy from the previous administration, there is no doubt there will be an even bigger influx of illegal immigrants.
The Biden Administration continues to deny there is a crisis, and that their policies are the root cause of the issue. But the numbers speak for themselves. Every state has become a border state under the Biden Administration. Will vulnerable Senate Democrats continue to stand by and let the Administration risk the security of American families with their open border and amnesty agenda?
