Washington, D.C. – John Fetterman joined The Big K Radio Show this morning and flat out lied about his support for releasing one-third of prisoners.
While on the show, Fetterman claimed, “This idea that I want to release all these prisoners is just also a lie. That was a quote that they’re taking out of context. And this was a quote from a Republican appointed Secretary of Corrections. You know- Tom Corbett actually appointed him, a Republican. And this was a conversation that they were having. This has nothing that I believed and it’s nothing that I’ve advocated. It’s just one more kind of a lie that Dr. Oz has continued to use against a candidate that has nothing to run on himself.” (Minute 6:10)

It’s not surprising he is trying to lie about this though. Crime is out of control in Pennsylvania under Lt. Gov. Fetterman. Almost 1600 people have been shot in Philadelphia this year alone. Watch more HERE.
