NRSC Chairman Scott: Biden Administration Coddling China
Washington, D.C. – Xavier Becerra’s radical agenda just jumped the shark. If it’s not enough that the Biden-Harris Administration’s pick to lead HHS supports abortion on demand and Medicare for None, well, Xavier Becerra is also a leading defender of China’s disgusting human rights abuses.
As the Washington Examiner reported, Becerra chalked up China’s atrocities simply to “different perspectives”:
“We have two very different cultures, and we have two very different perspectives on the world,” Becerra told NPR. “That’s not to say one perspective is better than the other.”

Xavier Becerra is more than disqualified to represent the United States, and his nomination proves the Biden Administration has no plans to get tough on China. Will my Democrat colleagues like Maggie Hassan, Catherine Cortez Masto, Michael Bennet, Mark Kelly and Raphael Warnock continue to support Becerra and stand by his defense of China’s human rights abuses?”
