Washington, D.C. – Senate hopeful Tim Ryan (D-OH) has tried to paint himself as a moderate in the past, but he’s always been just as liberal as the rest of them.
If his voting record doesn’t convince you (Ryan votes 100% of the time with Pelosi and 96% of the time with AOC), then just take a look who is hosting a campaign fundraiser for him at the end of the month. None other than the Democrats’ failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton (who lost Ohio by more than 8 points).
Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Lizzie Litzow: “Tim Ryan is just as liberal as the rest of the Washington Democrats he claims to despise. Trying to play the moderate card this time around just goes to show you how two-faced Tim is. Ohioans don’t need a liberal who takes orders from Washington Democrats representing them in the Senate.”
