Only 31% of Iowans Approve of Biden, Down 12 Points Since June
Washington, D.C. – It is considered a “gold standard” poll, but Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats are hoping nobody sees these disastrous numbers. In the latest Des Moines Register poll out this morning, Joe Biden’s approval in the key state of Iowa is well underwater at 31% – down 12 points from the last poll in June. Biden’s disapproval among Iowans also made a double digit jump up to 62% in this most recent poll.
Where does Biden’s less-than-stellar performance leave Senate hopeful Abby Finkenauer? As a reminder, Finkenauer worked for the Biden presidential campaign in 2008, and in January 2020, she was the first Iowa lawmaker to endorse Biden’s presidential campaign. Finkenauer was even under consideration to join the Biden Administration’s Cabinet.
Abby Finkenauer and Joe Biden are as close as they come, and they both endorse a radical, far-Left agenda that a strong majority of Iowans reject.
No wonder Abby Finkenauer is hiding.
