Washington, D.C. – The Biden Administration is finally granting Mark Kelly’s wish to end a border security measure known as “Remain in Mexico.” Under this policy, illegal immigrants must stay in Mexico until their asylum claims are decided by a judge.
Mark Kelly voted to end “Remain in Mexico” TWICE. Now that he got his wish, illegal immigrants who claim asylum will be let into the country while they wait for a court decision, which normally takes years.
The Biden-Kelly border crisis is already at unprecedented levels, and it’s about to get much worse. Mark Kelly says he wants to secure the border and even pretends that he supports finishing the wall. But the reality is that Mark Kelly has been pushing an amnesty and open borders agenda since his first day in office.
Mark Kelly is well-known for flip-flopping on important issues. So, Mark Kelly needs to answer a simple question: Does he still think it’s a good idea to end “Remain in Mexico” while record numbers of illegal immigrants cross into Arizona every day?
