Overview:
Jon Tester put out an absurd memo titled “Senator Tester’s long-standing track record standing up to President Biden.” In response, this memo outlines various ways Tester stood with President Biden. This is not a comprehensive list, because Tester’s record of standing with President Biden is too long for one memo.
Jon Tester was the deciding vote on every major piece of Biden Legislation:
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote for Joe Biden’s American Rescue Plan.
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote for Joe Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act.
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would stop Joe Biden’s carbon tax.
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would provide $1 million to continue the implementation of Title 42 border policies.
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would provide $500 million to ICE for narcotic and drug detection.
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would have provided funding for border fence construction.
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would have provided $500 million for barriers along the southwest border.
- Jon Tester was the deciding vote to kill an amendment that would have removed a tax increase slated to result in higher prices of gasoline, heating oil, and other energy sources.

- In 2020, Tester said he would love to have Biden come to Montana to campaign.
- In 2022, Tester encouraged Biden to run for re-election. He also said Biden’s leadership has been “pretty good” and that he would support him if he ran for re-election.
- In August 2023, Tester told NBC News that Joe Biden is “absolutely 100% with it” mentally and thinks “he’s doing a good job.”
- In 2023, Tester told Morning Joe that Joe Biden has helped secure the border.
Conclusion:
Jon Tester has repeatedly cast the deciding vote in favor of Joe Biden’s most disastrous policies. If you gave Jon Tester an enema, you could bury him in a shoe box.
