Washington, D.C – Iowa Democrats have a history of supporting a far-Left, radical agenda that is out of touch with what hardworking Iowans believe. Look no further than Nancy Pelosi Puppet Cindy Axne. She has turned her back on Iowans and votes with Nancy Pelosi and her anti-Iowa agenda 94% of the time.
Now, Axne is trying to get her fellow Pelosi Puppet Abby Finkenauer back to D.C., giving her an anti-Iowa ally in the Senate. During an event yesterday, Axne endorsed her one-term House colleague Finkenauer because they worked together to pass Nancy Pelosi’s far-Left agenda. Much like Axne, Pelosi Puppet Abby Finkenauer voted with Nancy Pelosi 93% of the time on policies that would hurt Iowans. Here’s how:
- Finkenauer voted to fund Sanctuary Cities, allow illegal immigrants to vote, and opposed efforts to secure the border.
- Finkenauer opposes Iowa’s Right to Work laws and would require every Iowa worker to join unions against their will.
- Finkenauer supports Medicare for All, which would bankrupt our country and destroy the Medicare system Iowa seniors depend on.
- Finkenauer is bought and paid for by D.C.’s abortion lobby. She supports forcing taxpayers to fund abortions, even overseas, and voted against providing medical care to babies born-alive after a failed abortion attempt.
- Finkenauer voted to hand D.C. the reins of Iowa’s elections and to use Iowans’ hard-earned tax dollars to fund her political campaign.
Given these anti-Iowa positions, it’s not surprising that Abby Finkenauer was the first one-term Iowa lawmaker in 50 years. With these radical, anti-Iowa beliefs, Pelosi Puppet Abby Finkenauer is no match for Iowa’s toughest fighter in the Senate, Chuck Grassley.
