Washington, D.C. – President Joe Biden has unveiled his new budget and, channeling his own words, it shows his liberal values. A few quick highlights:
- In the midst of an energy crisis, Biden is putting $11 billion toward his anti-American energy agenda.
- $2.5 trillion in new taxes.
- Highly suspect deficit reduction and inflation calculations.
- The smallest army since World War II – 1940.
- $0 for a border wall amid record surges at the Southern Border.
Already, this budget is getting pushback from both sides of the aisle as Joe Biden tries to appease his liberal base while hardworking Americans are drowning from out-of-control inflation.
Some things are certain – trillions in discretionary spending will not help slow inflation growth, raising taxes will not help improve our economy, making the oil-and-gas industry the enemy won’t help our energy woes, and shrinking our army and ignoring our Southern Border won’t make us any safer.
Do Senate Democrats like Maggie Hassan, Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, and Michael Bennet support Biden’s lackluster budget proposal that will make America less safe?
