The NRSC is out with a new ad hammering Sherrod Brown for hiking taxes on Ohioans while repeatedly refusing to pay his own.
An NBC News investigation recently revealed that Brown failed to pay taxes on his Cleveland home at least seven times since 2013 and even took an illegal tax break on his second home.
