The NRSC launched a new television ad today highlighting Heidi Heitkamp’s out-of-touch decision to side with Hillary Clinton and oppose President Trump on sanctuary cities.
While in Washington, Heitkamp has repeatedly refused to enforce the law, voting three times against cracking down on dangerous sanctuary cities.

“Heidi Heitkamp has repeatedly failed to stand up for North Dakota communities and crack down on illegal immigration,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “Heitkamp will have to face the electoral consequences for siding with Hillary Clinton and Washington liberals instead of the folks she was sent to Washington to represent.”
