Horrible Record Protecting Families & Children
Washington, D.C. — Today, the NRSC launched its latest ad on former NC Supreme Court Chief Justice Cheri Beasley and her record of failing to protect society’s most vulnerable – our families and children.
Called “Vulnerable,” the ad highlights Beasley’s rulings to:
- Toss the conviction of a man seeking sex with a boy online.
- Throw out the indictment of the predator who sexually assaulted a 7-year-old girl.
- Vote to set free a man convicted of 12 counts of child pornography.
Sadly, there’s more… Watch the ad here:
The seven-figure ad buy will run for two weeks.
Statement from NRSC Spokesman T.W. Arrighi: “If Cheri Beasley couldn’t be trusted to protect children while a judge, she surely can’t be trusted in the U.S. Senate. The NRSC will continue to shine a light on Beasley’s record and make sure every North Carolinian is aware before they cast their ballots.”
