Washington, D.C. – Today marks one year since House Democrats voted to pass President Joe Biden’s “Build Back Broke” agenda.
Although Democrats attempted to sell lies that the plan was paid for and wouldn’t raise taxes on middle-class families, that was quickly debunked. According to the CBO, the socialist spending spree would add $3 trillion to the deficit. Not only did the plan RAISE taxes on American families but Democrats pushed to lift the cap on state and local tax deductions (SALT). This would give blue-state millionaires and billionaires a HUGE tax break.
The only results Democrats have delivered so far are:
- Higher inflation
- Higher taxes
- Higher gas prices
- Higher grocery prices
- Less opportunity
- Less safety
- Less optimism
Senate hopefuls Tim Ryan and Val Demings stayed true to their 100% voting record with Biden when they voted in favor of his “Build Back Broke” agenda despite the overwhelming evidence that it in fact would hurt hard-working American families. How will they answer to their states for their actions as they hope for a promotion in Washington?
