While in Columbus on Friday, Vice President Mike Pence tore into Ohio’s far-left Senator Sherrod Brown for opposing the GOP tax cuts that are allowing countless workers across the Buckeye State to keep more of their hard-earned paychecks.
Pence blasted Brown for voting against the cuts and for failing to put Ohioans first, saying, “time and again, you deserve to know that Sherrod Brown voted no on policies that Ohio supports and needs. He actually voted in lockstep with the far-left wing of his party more than 90 percent of the time.”
But while Brown continues to obstruct President Trump’s agenda every step of the way, Congressman Renacci has been getting results for Ohio families. The Vice President called Renacci “a leader who’s been standing shoulder-to-shoulder with President Trump and our entire administration every day. He’s been fighting every day for the Buckeye State. We couldn’t have gotten the tax cuts done without his insight, without his counsel, and without his support”

“The work of President Trump, Vice President Pence and Congressman Jim Renacci has produced real results for countless Ohioans, allowing them to keep more of their paychecks and saving them money where it counts,” said NRSC Spokesman Bob Salera. “Pence’s remarks are a stark reminder to voters that Sherrod Brown has failed them at every turn, and Ohioans know they deserve better.”
