Chuck Schumer is promising that his top priority if Democrats win a Senate majority will be to give massive tax cuts to blue state billionaires in New York and California.
Independent analyses have found Schumer’s plan to eliminate the cap on SALT deductions “would massively favor the rich, with most of the benefit going to the top one percent.”
