As reported by Roll Call, the Ohio Democratic Party attempted to issue a memo outlining disproven, recycled attacks against Rob Portman only to be beat to the punch when the Portman campaign released the memo for them.
As part of the Portman memo, the campaign investigated Retread Ted Strickland’s failed private sector career.
