Washington, D.C. – Last week, Senate hopeful Val Demings’ security detail got physical with a tracker at an event. Now that the evidence is out there, Demings and her team defended them.
For a former police chief who claims to support law and order, Demings’ decision to defend her security detail’s assault is an odd choice, but shows just how much of a hypocrite she is.
Statement from NRSC Spokeswoman Priscilla Ivasco: “Demings’ campaign must be getting desperate as her campaign hits a new low. Her security detail assaulted a man, and she defended them. I guess her law and order message only applies when she’s lying to Floridians in TV ads.”
