Washington, D.C. – Joe Biden ran as a moderate and promised to govern as a moderate. But, as we learned last week, there are no moderates in today’s Democrat party. This became clear when so-called “moderate” Joe Biden threw his full support behind the radical Left’s plan to block the bipartisan infrastructure deal until they pass their reckless $5.5 trillion tax and spending spree. Bernie Sanders and AOC are now in complete control of the Democrats’ agenda.
Here’s what they are saying about the radical Left’s total takeover of the Democrat Party:
- Punchbowl News: “Progressives won. Big time. And moderates lost. Big time.”
- New York Times: “Biden Throws In With Left, Leaving His Agenda in Doubt”
- Wall Street Journal: “Humiliation of the House Moderates”
- Axios: “Left seizes control”
- New York Times: “Progressives Flex Muscles on Biden Agenda, Adopting New Tactics”
- Politico: “‘It’s not a success’: Dems head home after infrastructure stalemate”
- New York Post: “Weak Joe Biden caves to loony left”
- CNN: “The utter radicalness of Joe Biden’s presidency”
- Politico: “‘The strangest thing I’ve ever seen’”
- Washington Post: “For Democrats and the Biden agenda, it’s becoming a matter of trust”
- Mother Jones: “What if the Progressive Revolt…Isn’t a Revolt at All?”
Just like Joe Biden, Senators like Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Maggie Hassan, Raphael Warnock, and Michael Bennet promised to be independent voices in Washington. But their so-called “independent voices” were silent as Bernie Sanders and AOC seized control of the Democrat agenda. They’ve refused to speak up and have let the progressives fully run the party.
