This Chipotle kid should be really happy, because everyone’s favorite fast-casual spot announced bonuses and benefits for its employees thanks to the success of the GOP tax relief law.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is giving employees a one-time cash bonus of up to $1,000, stock grant bonuses and expanded paid paternity and maternity leave. Chipotle’s announcement follows other companies giving back to their full-time and hourly employees thanks to the GOP tax plan.
“Announcements of pay raises and employee bonuses from companies across the country keep on coming thanks to the new GOP tax law,” said NRSC Spokeswoman Caitlin Gallagher. “While Chipotle is just the latest to announce more money and benefits for their employees, it will be interesting to watch red state Democrats explain why they continue to reject this overwhelmingly successful law.”
