The NRSC is out with a new advertising campaign called “Shanghai Slotkin” as part of its ongoing effort to hold Elissa Slotkin accountable for her role in the highly unpopular Gotion Project.
Slotkin was recently caught signing an NDA covering up her efforts to help Gotion, a shady company tied to the Chinese Communist Party, build an electric vehicle battery plant in Big Rapids, Michigan. She has refused to explain her involvement amid backlash from Michiganders.
The NRSC’s campaign will be promoted via search advertising.
NRSC Statement: “Shanghai Slotkin needs to explain why she is trying to cover up her involvement with this company that is affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party. Her silence on the non-disclosure agreement she signed with Gotion is unacceptable.” — NRSC Spokeswoman Maggie Abboud
