The Cook Political Report just moved the Wisconsin Senate race from Lean Democrat to Toss Up.
This comes less than a week after Axios reported Democrats are panicking about their chances in Wisconsin, with internal and public polls showing conservative businessman Eric Hovde closing the gap with corrupt career politician Tammy Baldwin.
